Senior IT Consultant: Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions to support and enable the business with considerations towards best architecture practices, efficiency, scalability, and supportability using Core HR, Recruitment Cloud, HR Help Desk, Journeys, and Talent Management within Oracle HCM Cloud.  Advise internal business stakeholders and Product Managers on Human Resource technology enhancements and transformation. Work directly and indirectly with vendors and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables. Elicit, define and analyze medium to complex requirements in various formats ensuring they are testable, measurable and traceable. Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize, manage and implement requirements using various tools. Lead requirement walkthroughs with key stakeholders using various methods (e.g., team demos, workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions). Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using requirement work plans, program increment (PI) planning, and sprint planning. Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks and identify impacted areas through team collaboration. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM solution architecture, ensuring scalability and avoiding tech debt. Lead proof of concepts and document potential solutions then work alongside functional consultants and engineers to contribute towards delivery. Facilitate the adoption and adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.  Ensure end-to-end solutions align with client standards and guidelines. Create and maintain system architecture and solution documentation according to company standards. Diagnose problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and enable faster decision-making. Collaborate with enterprise, data, and application architects to advance long-term IT engineering strategy. Provide guidance and review throughout delivery phase to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards. Build and leverage strategic relationships within the organization to navigate a complex matrix environment. Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and continuously look for opportunities to improve tech solutions and landscape.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of experience in any job title involving configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Will accept a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience. Experience must include developing improved processes and technologies in Oracle HCM Cloud, providing Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expertise; and developing, testing and deploying integration solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules.

Rate of Pay: $134,000.00 per year.

Work Schedule: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.  40 hours per week.
